Today I had to renew my tag; I prepared myself by thinking I would be there at least an hour waiting to be served. I was in and out in less than five minutes. For once I didn't have to wait in a government controlled office! I was stunned! Stunned I tell you!
I spent almost $80 in diet drugs as well. Gulp. I have lost 5 more pounds. I am now at 190. I need to lose 60 lbs by September. I don't know if I can do that. It took me a month to lose 5 lbs, but 20 lbs a month? Ugh. What I bought:
I already have cool cayenne (for metabolism) which I am almost out of dammit I forgot to pick some up that I am taking. I was taking something else as well, but I ran out of that already. Hopefully the above will help; I am also going to try to reduce how much rice I eat. I need to find alternative low carb rice substitutes to put my stir fry on, either that or start using less. I usually use at least a one to one portion of rice to stir fry. I have already used less oil if any when I cook my veggies and tofu, and I also have been eating my Asian inspired broth soups where it is all broth with a shitake mushroom and green onion in it and then I cook some noodles in the soup as well. Shit that reminds me! I need to buy ginger! Ok, things I need to buy - ginger, catsup, cayenne capsules, something else, I forget⦠Miriam, my friend in Spain keeps on telling me to go see a doctor to find out if they can prescribe me something to help with the diet. Almost every time I talk to her she tells me to see a doctor for my fatness.
Anyway, I only have a little over $1000 left to pay on my car, I can get it paid off in 3 months if I make 3 payments of $350, and I am really excited about that!
Anyway, I am going to post this and then take a shower and get my laundry. If any of you know any good fat reducing foods or any low carb alternatives to rice I would like to know.
Also if any of you can recommend a good dentist in the St Pete/Clearwater area it would be appreciated!!

- Apple cider vinegar - for appetite suppressant
- Xenadrine EFX - Helps break down fat
- Stress-Less weight control - it helps reduce stress which reduces appetite and also prevents carb to fat storage
- Green Tea Fat Metabolizer - curbs the appetite and helps burn fat. Increases metabolism
- Carb Phaser 1000 - I am supposed to take this right before a high carb meal and it is supposed to block the carbs from digesting.
